Park Place Inn
Welcome to the Park Place Inn Bed and Breakfast on the quiet side of the common in
Belchertown, Massachusetts. It is located in the Five College Area. We think you will find the attractions enjoyable, the people very friendly, and the country roads very scenic.
In short, the New England you were really looking for.
Policies
Rates are based on double occupancy and include an abundant continental breakfast.
Check in is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
(Please call if you will be arriving later than 7:00 p.m.)
We will be happy to store you luggage should you wish to stay in town longer.
Check out is at 11:00 a.m.
Please park in the designated parking spaces located on the right hand side
of the house and use the side entrance.
A wonderful and plentiful continental breakfast will be served
between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
For the comfort of all out guests, Park Place is a non-smoking facility.
Children 12 and over are welcomed.

Reservations:
A one night deposit is required for all reservations. Payment by personal or traveler's check is required
(sorry we are not able to take credit cards) within 10 days of the reservation. We'll confirm your reservation with a receipt by U.S. Mail or email.
Refunds:
Should you need to cancel your reservation, a full refund will be provided if a cancellation notice is provided at least 10 days before your scheduled stay. Beyond that time, refunds will only be provided if the room is rented.
